90 Minutes to Owning Your Unique Edge

with Shelley McIntyre, Reinvention Partner

Shelley McIntyre

You’ve built a respected career and become someone people rely on. But if you’re like many GenXers, you might feel:

I get it. I’ve been there. After decades in corporate strategy and consulting, including roles where I helped leaders navigate complex transitions, I realized I had been using all my best skills to build someone else’s vision.

Now, as a certified Integral Coach with training from New Ventures West, I help GenXers like you make sense of what comes next. I know what it’s like to feel like your professional identity is tangled up in outdated roles and corporate personas that no longer fit.

That’s why I created this session. We’ll focus on three critical shifts:

Count the costs of being a corporate warrior:

Take a clear-eyed look at the impact of your job on your life, relationships, and health.

Name what you’ve outgrown:

Examine the structures, routines, and roles that are holding you back. Reflect on times when you were working at your upper limit.

Identify your growth edge:

Identify skills to leverage underdeveloped talents and capacities for growth.

How can you tell if this is right for you? Consider who it’s not designed for. This single session is not for you if:

Before our private 90-minute session, you’ll complete a short, reflective questionnaire so we can hit the ground running. In our time together, we’ll sort through the noise, identify the patterns that keep showing up, and leave you with practical next steps that feel energizing, not overwhelming.

You’ll get:

NOTE: Complete your questionnaire at least 48 hours in advance of our meeting so I have time to review it.

Own Your Edge is a single session and a great place to begin. In my 5-month program, we keep going, building your foundation, designing your next chapter on your terms, and experimenting to move toward what’s next.

I’ve helped dozens of high-functioning GenXers reconnect with what actually matters and move toward work that feels meaningful again. I’d love to help you take that first step.
